We are here to listen

Here on the phone for you, every week day evening -  7pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday.

EMAIL US

If you prefer to write rather than to speak on the phone, email us and a volunteer will respond within 5-7 working days.

Whether you are a nurse, midwife or healthcare support worker; newly qualified or experienced, student, associate, military, retired, or a family member or friend of someone in the profession, if you want to chat, our volunteer team will be here to listen.

With our organisation's mission always in mind, we are striving to promote awareness around mental and emotional wellbeing.
We value this aspect of health, and our aim is to offer encouragement through positive content and useful resources, set to inspire and empower.

This initiative was developed by nurses and midwives, for nurses and midwives.
Our peer-led listening service will provide space for those in need to offload and chat with someone who gets it.
We're here to reduce isolation within our professional community, together.
