Help us to help others.
We are looking for Awareness Ambassadors and Community Ambassadors to join our volunteer team!
Our ambassadors are a network of volunteers representing the charity and raising awareness of the listening service* throughout the community.

Whether it's minutes or months, hours, or days; we are so grateful for any time you can give to help spread awareness.
​
*Please note this role does not include any work on the peer-support listening service. For further information on our listening service volunteer role, please see here.
AWARENESS AMBASSADORS

Awareness ambassadors identify hospitals and trusts which would benefit from our awareness materials

Ordering and distributing materials within the local community
-
Giving inspiring talks on the charity and work of the listening service at various in industry events.
COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS
-
Inspiring your family, friends, colleagues, and online networks to support our work and fundraise

Attending events such as the London Marathon as cheerleaders and thanking our amazing supporters face-to-face
-
Sharing your regional knowledge to help identify future fundraising and charity partnership opportunities.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
Our community and awareness ambassador role would suit you if you:

Are looking for a long term, varied and flexible volunteering role

Have a personal connection to a hospital or trust or are a nurse, midwife or HCA and would like to share your story

Have public speaking skills (not essential)

Enjoy fundraising and would like to connect with like-minded people.
